If the product received is damaged, what shall I do?

Since launch, most of our customers are delighted with their ordered product. If the product is damaged, within 24 hours from the date of received, please drop us an email at blancmodeatelier@gmail.com and please provide us Order number, Details of the product, Reason for the return and The picture or video 360 degree of the product.

The customer need to return to us the said product to us within 2 days from the dated of received.. The returned product must be carefully pack in its original packaging and it must be unworn, and unwashed, and return it in the exact condition upon purchase with the tag attached. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

Upon receiving the product, we will process and inspect the item for the conditions within 5-7 business days and we will update you accordingly.

NOTE :

Please be aware that we retain the right to decline a return and refund request by customer. If your return is approve, we will issue a refund to you excluding any shipping charges. Refund may take 5-7 business days depending on your bank issuer’s policies.

Please be aware that items marked as SALE are not eligible for return and refund.
