How much is the shipping cost? How long is the shipping ?

The shipping cost will be calculated and will be shown at the Checkout.  The shipping time will depends on the customer location and custom clearance (for the international delivery).

How long does it take to process my order?

BLNC MOD design are not mass-produced and we do not outsource our designs to any third parties. Each piece is  crafted and tailored by BLNC MOD UPON order, sew in house by our tailor and designer.

Production for simple design typically ranges from 1-2 weeks from the date of your order. Meanwhile production for complex designs typically ranges from 2-4 weeks from the date of your order. Please email our customer support team at blncmodteam@gmail.com for further inquiry(if any)

Which shipping company does BLNC MOD use to ship my order ?

We will ship out your order through GDEX or DHL. Please note, the customer is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes (if any).
