WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM ?

We ship from Malaysia.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER ?

Every BLNC MOD piece is made to order in our studio in Malaysia. Our pieces are not mass-produced. This means your order is crafted specifically for you, not pulled from a shelf. Production time is typically

  • 1–2 weeks for simpler designs
  • 2–4 weeks for more complex pieces.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification with your tracking number. Please email our customer support team at blncmodteam@gmail.com for further inquiry.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE ?

We will ship out your order through GDEX or DHL.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ?

Yes, we do offer international shipping.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING ? HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE ?

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance.

  • Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days (may vary) from the date of dispatch, not from the order date.
  • During periods of high order volume, dispatch or delivery may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

WHO PAYS FOR TAXES & DUTIES ?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure what to expect.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS.

  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, responsibility for the parcel lies with the courier.
  • Any claims for lost or missing items must be raised directly with the courier service provider.

  • Please note that BLNC MOD is not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit once they have been handed over to the courier. Compensation for lost parcels is subject to the courier’s own claims process and policy.
  • We will gladly assist by providing tracking updates and supporting communication where possible.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. BLNCMOD is not responsible for parcels that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If the product received is damaged, what shall I do ?

If the product is damaged, within 24 hours from the date of received, please drop us an email at blncmodteam@gmail.com and please provide us order number, details of the product, reason for the return and the picture or video 360 degree of the product.

RETURN ITEM.

  • The customer need to return to us the said product to us within 2 days from the dated of received.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We will process and inspect the item for the conditions within 5-7 business days and we will update you accordingly.

REFUND.

  • Refunds are generally not available once items have been dispatched via courier services.
  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as if we are unable to process your order.

Please contact us directly so we can review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

NOTE :

Please be aware that we retain the right to decline a return and refund request by customer. If your return is approve, we will issue a refund to you excluding any shipping charges. Refund may take 5-7 business days depending on your bank issuer’s policies.

Please be aware that items marked as SALE are not eligible for return and refund.
